Our Staff
Controlled Comfort began serving the metro area in 1964 and in 1999 we became part of the service experts organization. In July 2004, three long-term employees purchased Controlled Comfort (Anne Taylor, Alan Hove and Leo Costanzo) to continue providing excelled service. With the new owners combined years of experience and 40 trained and experienced employees, Controlled Comfort continues to grow and provide quality workmanship beyond industry standards to both residential and commercial customers.
