Your Opportunity:

We are seeking two distinct Project Manager/Estimator profiles to support our expanding project portfolio:

• Service & Negotiated Projects: This role focuses on direct-to-owner projects and service-related contracts, requiring strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Plan &Spec Projects: This role focuses on projects bid through general contractors, demanding meticulous attention to detail and expertise in plan and specification interpretation.

Both roles will leverage our advanced estimation software to ensure accurate and competitive project bids and efficient project management.

What You’ll Do:

• Estimation: Utilize specialized software to develop accurate and comprehensive project estimates.
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of HVAC projects, from planning and execution to completion.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Budget Management: Control project costs and ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Plan & Specification Review: Thoroughly review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate bidding and execution (Plan & Spec role). 
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and change orders with clients and contractors (Service & Negotiated role).
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and progress.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and company standards.

• Mentorship (Experienced): Experienced candidates may mentor and train less experienced team members.
• Learning (Entry Level): Entry level candidates will receive comprehensive training and support to develop their skills.

We’re Looking For:

• Experience: We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry standards.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with HVAC estimation software is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management 1 skills.  
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Education: A relevant degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Plan & Spec Role: Experience with plan and spec interpretation, and submittal process.
• Service & Negotiated Role: Experience with direct to owner sales, and service project management.
• Entry Level Candidates: A strong desire to learn, and a passion for the HVAC industry.
